Information you provide: When you use the Service, you provide personal information including your name, business name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and details about the debt you are collecting. You also provide information about the debtor (their name and address).

Payment information:Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment information.

Automatically collected information: When you visit the Service, we and our third-party advertising partners may automatically collect standard web data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Ads conversion tracking cookies that measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. See Section 4 for information about our third-party services and your options for opting out of personalized advertising.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Generate your demand letter
• Deliver the generated document via email
• Process your payment
• Respond to customer support requests
• Improve the quality of our service

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic (Claude API)— AI document generation. Your form data — including your name, address, and the debtor's name and address — is sent to the Claude API to generate the demand letter. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train its models. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Resend — Transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — Website hosting.
• Google Ads — Advertising measurement and conversion tracking. When you visit the Service, Google may set cookies on your device to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, understand how visitors arrived at the Service, and optimize ad delivery. Google may combine this data with other information Google has collected from your use of its services. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized Google advertising at Google Ad Settings.

5. Data Retention

We do not maintain a persistent database of your form data or generated letters. Your information is processed in real-time to generate and deliver your document. Payment records are maintained by Stripe according to their data retention policies and our financial recordkeeping obligations.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including the use of HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
